- Production/Lead Time:
Our regular lead time is 5-10 business days. We always do our best to ship finished items as soon as possible.
In case of large order over 2 full sets, lead time is 10-12 business days.
- Return policy:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from delivery date. Please notify us before sending the return. Include your order number and items you want to return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If I want to mix colors in my order?
You can mix colors for you linen bedding. Please send us a note with your order and we will gladly make it for you.
- Shipping rates:
We provide free shipping for orders above $150. For orders below $150 we have flat rate of $12 for shipping in US and Canada.
